WE ARE GROWING & OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS FOR KEY PERSON! Key Holder/Supervisor Wanted: Our Contemporary country store and café seeking an energetic, outgoing and motivated person to take on newly structured Key Holder/Supervisor role. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; ensuring satisfaction of our guests, supervision of shift employees, scheduling of staff hours, organizing and managing the kitchen, cash register handling, re-stocking, and maintaining a clean work environment. Located in the town of Charlton, our café makes hand-crafted sandwiches, salads and soups and also features a multitude of procured gourmet or specialty items for sale in the store. We also boast a beer selection of more than 200 craft beers that are available by the pack or by the singles. Warmer months allow visitors to enjoy their meals outside on the porch or by the creek on the property. We also host several events a year and are always looking for new ideas to continue this endeavor. As were are a small, but growing operation, this is a great opportunity for someone to grow with us and make their mark. Prior retail and/or food service experience is ideal, as is a positive attitude and the desire to be hands on.
