WE America, have been a dictatorship since 1933. Once that is declared via the doctrine of emergency The Constitution is set aside. The LACK of its USE from that point on, makes it appear ineffective to those not wise to the bankers takeover to consolidate power. The only flaw in the Original Constitution was remedied by the 13th Amendment. The banker inspired 14th, 16th, and 17th Amendments have intentionally destroyed the US. At the HEAD of all this is the bank of englands central bank for the same enemy we had in 1776 and 1812. They could not defeat America on the battle field, the only other way is via economics(money). The fractional reserve credit system of economics(money) was DESIGNED as a tool and weapon of War to enslave the using nation by Debt obligation. This economic system has never failed to defeat and is in fact impossible to defeat. As Jefferson said of hamilton, the damage done by hamilton could not be repaired, only destroyed and started anew. There are only 2 forms of economics(money) 1 is barter which is based in Property(silver) with gold set in relation to the silver and 2 the fractional credit, fluctuating medium, based in perpetual debt.
