WE GOT HEALTHCARE! Its the start of a new year & weve got some exciting news to share with you. We are now able to provide full coverage health insurance & cover 100% of the premium for our full time staff!!!! Well also be assisting our PT staff with their coverage as well. Were REALLY excited to be able to do this. Weve been providing or helping with insurance for the last few years but the plans werent that great. This is a quality plan for our quality people & its well deserved. Were also going to be expanding other benefits , sick pay, vacation time, etc. this year. THANK YOU! Its your support of our shop for the last 8+ years made this happen. You supported us through our growth, through a name change, through a move to a new location, & continue to support us. We cannot thank you enough for allowing us to continue our goal of being able to offer real, living wage, secure jobs to our team. Were working hard to create an example of a business model that truly takes care of its people, its customers, its community, & its planet, & still be a successful profitable business.
