LIP VOLTAGE INSTRUCTIONS: The Mix It Up should be added to the Lip Plumper ONLY 1 drop at a time & mixed thoroughly for approximately 20 seconds prior to application to the lips. Please also allow at least 5 minutes once applied to the lips, to feel the full effect of the lip plumper prior to adding further drops. Once the desired strength is achieved, further drops of the Mix It Up need only be added every few weeks, to maintain the strength of the Lip plumper. For optimum results apply the Lip Plumper to clean dry lips & massage in well especially around the cupids bow & outer edge of the lips.
