WE HAVE A QUESTION SAY JUDGE, CAN YOU GIVE US SOME MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MANSLAUGHTER? In a rare error - Mark O’Mara did not spend sufficient time on man slaughter. He could have managed to find a way to get the significance of manslaughter before the jury. In Florida - the difference is minimal. So, if this jury believes they can let George off with a year or two - they are so wrong. The guidelines call for 10 to 30 - and this particular judge - with the racial overtones - will give 30. Trayvon Martin is dead. I so wish he were not. George Zimmerman is a good man with issues. He is not a danger to anyone. Lessons learned. If we truly believe in rehabilitation - then what good does it do for the Martins or for George to put him in a cell for 30 years? He has and will suffer for the rest of his days. No life in Florida. A job will be next to impossible. Why not let’s do the moral thing and put Zimmerman on probation for 10 years. Yes, he still is breathing. Would anyone like to be in his place?
