We are not sure what happened to her head as she looks like she had been hurt at one time as you can see in her video. Shelter operations close at 5:00pm Monday through Friday and 4:00pm on Saturday. Their adoption fees for dogs are $65 which includes spay/neuter, shots and microchip.
