WE NEED HELP! Hello everyone – this is a call for help! We need volunteers to help us get our sets painted!! This year we have a donated space to work in. It is at 92 King William St, unit 2. Right beside the old Mr Sub! All of our painting will be taking place there. There are a couple of us with a key. As long as you get, borrow and return the key you can go paint at any time you are available! Everything required in the way of supplies is there. There is a reference sheet taped to the wall to help with what colours to use – some of the papers have the colours written on the appropriate spaces and once one is done the others of the same theme will follow suit. There is also a note/instruction sheet taped to the wall. All we ask is that you follow the instructions and help us look after the space and the supplies. This space is donated so we would like to make it a positive experience for the donating landlord! The main key will be kept at ProActive Rehab 1-104 Main St E. During business hours, the key will be available to sign out. Outside of business hours, evenings and weekends, please email me ([email protected])to let me know your plans and we will try to sort out getting a key to you. IF there are any groups gathering to paint, we will try to let you know so you can join us if you are able. There is a fair amount of painting to do so please try to help or indicate your availability as much as you can. Thanks again for your helping in making this year’s carnival a fabulous success!
