WE NEED NATIONAL & STATE JHADU MUSEUMS TO BE BUILT EARLY. AAP Jhadu is a SYMBOL only for election purpose though it has other deeper meanings. Now PM Narendra Modi and many celebrities are seen carrying real Jhadu sweeping the streets and collecting garbage. Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar was shown in the media to got up early at 4 AM and carrying a brand new Jhadu in hand (new because the bamboo handle was bright green in colour) and with his friends shown sweeping their locality. Its definitely a good start for the Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. We noticed something very pecuiliar in this inspirational Abhiyan by Netas and celebrities. They were very cautious about their make ups and attire! PM was wearing his jacket over his dress and same was the case with all his party collegues as if the day time temperature had fallen sharp on the 2ND October! Sachin was seen using a face mask and protective gloves etc which are of course very much desirable while cleaning public places. As you know our Bharat Ratna is little known in philanthrophic work. He doesnt do anything free, though he never objects to draw his salary from the Public Exchequre for NOT attending Rajya Sabha sessions. We do not know whether he shall place the Jhadu (s) for auction with his signature in future. We wouldnt believe also that the Jhadu carrying the palm prints of our PM would run away in the garbage of the Swatch Bharat. That is not fair too. After all the abhiyan started on Gandhi Jayanti and would culminate in a Gandhi Jayanti which is symbolism. If Gandhijis chappal,chasma and many things he had used in his life time, the houses where he had lived for a moment are now souvenir then nothing wrong to retain the Jhadus used by PM and other celebrities as souvenirs for future generation. Therefore there is a need to build spacious museums both at the centre and state capitals where these Jhadus could be kept secured and displayed with appropriate descriptions for public viewing.
