WE OUGHT TO SEE THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COINT. No doubt, there are allot of possitive things in our life as a society, but the potical failure of more than last three dacades had created alot of negativity and self-slashing in the collective mid of our nation that has overshadowed all other positive and bright aspects of our people life. This report has remineded me the American scholar Professor Peter Litles book Economy Without State published more than a decade back in London, which I had the opportunity to atted his presentation in the launching day in The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).
