I would be grateful if you could help me identify the officer dealing with this case who could confirm what medical support Lucky has had whilst in the pound and when this matter is going to be heard so that Przemek can make his case for his dog to be returned? Przemek- thank you for this information. As the member of parliament I cannot overturn the decisions made by the council as this an issue being dealt with by the local authority rather than parliament, but Im happy to try to find out what options you have to raise your concerns and seek answers to your fears regarding the welfare of your pet. We will of course let you know what response we get to our queries. Have you raised this matter with your local councillors? mikki- please can you monitor this for a response for Prezmek, kind regards Stella ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: Przemek Nowak To: [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Sent: Wednesday, 24 December 2014, 21:10 Subject: REPLY : Luckys case details Dear Mrs Crease Thank You for Your correspondence Mrs Crease If read the paperwork which i have sent You would know that my case is dealt by Ms Maria Loye - Colins.(legal team) Another information which You could easy find in paperwork which I sent You is information of date of my hearing which is April 2015 With disappointment must admit that You are not interested about information from resident of Walthamstow, but You went straight away for accounts of dishonest officials of Walthamstow Forest Council. There was reviled that Council keeps my dog ill without any Vet treatment. As a resident of Waltham Forest Council I deserve an explanation and a clarification. Please answer fallowing questions: 1. Does Council accept that is responsible for welfare of my dog after illegal seizure irrespectively which kennel is the dog kept in . 2. Why Council did not treat my Dog Lucky after he was diagnosed by the Vet. 3. Why Council generated dishonest statement that my dog is healthy when the diagnose of two illnesses was already issued.
