As you have now exhausted the complaints procedure, you should now escalate your complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman if you remain dissatisfied with the Council’s response. Further information on how you can escalate your complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman can be found on their website at lgo.org.uk The Council will not engage in any further correspondence with you regarding the complaint but will cooperate fully with any investigation that the LGO decides to undertake if you decide to approach them.
