Ph: 652245, 652246 Ext: 131 Email:hr@suntactechnologies Project Manager - B.E (Civil) • Minimum (10) years experience in construction field • Age between (40 ~ 50) years • Good experience in Auto CAD, Microsoft Project (knowledge in usage of Microsoft Project is added advantage) & Microsoft Office • Must be able to prepare Technical Proposal Documents and Reports • Must be able to Co-ordinate, Supervise & Manage Projects, Liaise with Clients & Contractors Project Engineer - B.E (Civil) • Minimum (5) years experience in construction field • Age between (30 ~ 40) years • Good experience in Auto CAD & Microsoft Office • Must be able to prepare technical Proposal Documents and Reports • Must be able to Co-ordinate, Supervise & Manage Projects, Liaise with Clients & Contractors Site Engineer - B.E (Civil) • Minimum (3) years experience in any construction sites • Age between (30 ~ 40) years • Good experience in Auto CAD & Microsoft Office • Must be able to work in any project locations • Must be capable to managing and execute assigned job independently and initiatively Site Engineer - B.E (Electrical Power) • Prefer to have M&E Certificate • Minimum (5) years experience in construction field • Age between (30 ~ 40) years • Good experience in Auto CAD & Microsoft Office HSE Engineer Any graduate in engineering field • Must have HSE certificate • At least (5) years experience in construction field • Age - 30 years and above • Good knowledge of HSE risk decision making and process safety management systems Design Engineer - B.E (Civil), M.E (Structure Design) • Minimum (3) years experience in construction field • Age between (30 ~ 40) years • Must have certificate for ETAB & SAFE (or) STAAD PRO • Good experience in Auto CAD & Microsoft Office Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) - B.E (Civil) • At least (5) years experience in construction field • Age between (30 ~ 40) years • Significant experience in recommending procurement methods for projects • Proven capability in preparing the cost analysis, planning, controlling and value engineering • Preparation of bill of quantities and progress reports • Preparation of budget and cost estimates on building projects • Prepare tender and contract documents • Must be able to understand and handle contracts, claims and variation orders. Quantity Surveyor (QS) - B.E (Civil) & B.E (Electrical Power) • At least (3) years experience in construction field • Age between (25 ~ 30) years • Preparation of bill of quantities and progress reports • Preparation of budget and cost estimates on building projects • Value completed work and arrange payments • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work • Experience with claims and variation orders is added advantage Senior Accountant CPA (or) B.Com (or) Any Equivalent Accounting Degree • Minimum (5) years experience with similar or higher position within the construction industry is a must • Age between (30 ~ 45) years • Having Peachtree Accounting Software knowledge is preference. • Strong leadership skills and behavior that promotes teamwork and supports to all team members • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite Accountant - B.Com, LCCI Level III • Age between (25 ~ 35) years • Must have relevant knowledge and minimum 3 years experience in related field • Knowledge in construction material and suppliers is an advantage • Having Peachtree Accounting Software knowledge is more prefer. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
