The President of Guyana who is now sole proprietor of the Government, refuses to give his assent to the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (Amendment) Bill of 2013. He argued that Guyanas is a cash economy and does not support the normal financial standards. Indeed abnormal with this sort of lawless which proliferates in the economy and gives the false impression of earned growth. Then they are able to get certain international financial organizations to issue statements to give legitimacy.
