Why did the state of emergency never yield any positive result but Detroit the situation? 3. Why always as the state of emergency come to an end with one month left or weeks the situations worsens beyond the previous months? 4. Why government troops always withdraw few hours before any attack? 5. Why lawmakers of National Assembly and Presidency are always eager to renew the emergency rule? 6. Why the government never want the intervention of Civilian JTF and Hunters in end this violence? 7. Why the government troops always lock innocent persons for months and years even they were find innocent. brutalized and even killed?
