WE will be holding a peaceful demonstration at the Federal Building downtown on Tuesday, January 6 from 3-5pm. We will be publicly protesting the meeting President Obama will be having with Peña Nieto on this day & express our deep concerns regarding this meeting as well as the severe impact of the U.S Legislation that was passed Congress in 2007,now known as ”Plan Merida/Plan Mexico”. This announced $1.4 Billion dollar, security aid package by Former “President George Bush”, which provided Mexican Armed Forces Military Arms, Bell Helicopters, 2 CASA 235 maritime patrol planes and Highly sophisticated surveillance inspection & Security equipment. It is for this reason that we believe with the recent strong allegations of the Mexican Armed Forces & the Local Municipal Police & strong implications of both Complicit involvement with the recent assassinations of Mexican Students in addition of the “Kidnapping of the “43” Mexican Student Teachers on September 26, 2014,who have since have been disappeared in the Mexican State of “Iguana,Guerrero”.
