WEAK POINT TRAINING: UPPER CHEST Fill out that V-neck. A developed upper chest creates the illusion of an impressive chest. Include lots of incline exercises in your chest workout. Try this modification to the incline hammer strength press to really isolate the upper chest ➡Seat Position: Set the bench a couple of notches lower than usual and sit as far forward on the bench as you can. ➡ Execution: Keep your shoulders back and elbows up parallel to the ground.
