WEATHER - It is wonderful reminder - we can do all we like with plants - vegetables, fruit trees and berries - and when you get gentle rain and reduce air temperatures and still have warm soils - things go gangbusters! What is the fresh rain doing at your place? I found Asian Purple Eggplant has grown multiple leave today - Amish Paste tomatoes have germinated - Buderim Gingers has grown multiple spikes - Mouse Melons are growing cats whiskers and climbing my bamboo and string training aids - Siberian Cherry Tomatoes have gone from green to mid red overnight - Queensland Blue Pumpkins are making the earth move - we will let your car shine Terry Bush you are so far in front we need the handicap - red mud doesnt come off cars easily :) Ive found some fine aquarium pebbles Ill mix with washed sand tomorrow and some peat moss and see if I can grow blueberry cuttings with or without rooting agents. I suspect it is still too hot to propogate - I am having trouble growing Canadian Thornless Blackberries at the moment. Almost thinking I was subtropical loganberries and keriberries instead.
