WEATHER FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW (AS OF 5:00 PM OF JULY 28, 2013-5:00AM OF JULY 29, 2013) LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) WAS ESTIMATED 70 KM NORTH OF TACLOBAN CITY EMBEDDED ALONG THE INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE (ITCZ) AFFECTING SOUTHERN LUZON, VISAYAS AND MINDANAO. #Bicol, #MIMAROPA, #Visayas, #Zamboanga Peninsula, #NothernMindanao and #Quezon Province will experience cloudy skies with moderate to heavy rain showers and thudnerstorms which may trigger flash floods and landslides. While #MetroManila and the rest of the country will experience cloudy skies with lint to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over #Palawan and #Mindanao and the coastal water along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast will prevail over #NorthernLuzon and #CentalLuzon and coming from the northeast to northwest over the rest of #Luzon and #Visayas.
