NO SIGN OF DEVELOPMENT in next 7 days. ⊙ PA1 to be visible/show up on the 13th, but DISSIPATED on the 15th. *NOTE: → Monitored or Spotted Potential Area(PA) is subject for ADJUSTMENTS or CHANGES due to the absence of the System actual Structure. → Pre-tracks is to guide or to have knowledge the possible path of the System, when it is seen or visible. ■ Madden-Julian Oscillation(MJO) Update ■ ※ As of Dec 09 ※ → MJO moved eastward into the western Pacific Ocean this past week and likely contributed to the observed increase in tropical activity over Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific Ocean into parts of the South Pacific. → Climate models indicate the MJO will continue to move eastward this week and weaken, reducing its influence over tropical weather. While the MJO is active in the western Pacific Ocean it is likely to continue to enhance tropical weather over South–East Asia, northern Australia, the equatorial western Pacific Ocean and parts of the South Pacific Ocean. This increases the risk of tropical cyclone development in the waters to the north of Australia and in the western equatorial Pacific Ocean. ※ Next MJO Update : Dec 16 ※ ~~~~~ °° Winds:1 kts = 1.852 kph ~ TD:139 kts °° Rainfall: 1mm/min = 0.0394 in/min = 2.364 in/hr °° Distance: 1 mi = 1.609 km ■ Satellite Imagery: GOES & NOAA Satellite. ■ Category/Intensity by World Meteorological Organization ■ Madden-Julian Oscillation(MJO) Update by NOAA-ESRL ■ Thanks to NRL, CIMSS, NOAA, JTWC & WMO for PTU/PWS Basic Weather Forecasting & Pre-Forecast Tracking. © philweathersystem.weebly/
