WEATHER UPDATE: At 4:00 pm today, The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 225 km east of Aparri, Cagayan (18.1ºN, 124.0ºE). Meanwhile, Tropical Storm (NEOGURI) was estimated at 1,540 km east of Visayas (13.1ºN, 141.0ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph and gustiness up to 100 kph. It Is Forecast To Move Northwest At 20 Kph. Forecast: The regions of Ilocos and Cordillera will have moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will be cloudy with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms Moderate to strong winds coming from the southwest to west will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
