Walang Pasok: No classes in some schools in NCR, Cavite, Laguna on Tuesday due to rain and floods With the continued heavy rain due to the southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm Maring (Trami), some schools in Metro Manila, Cavite and Laguna have decided to suspend classes for Tuesday. As of 4:15 p.m. Monday, Cavite declared no classes in all levels, private and public. The province is under a state of calamity due to extreme floods and rains. Other schools which have suspended classes for Tuesday, August 20 include the following: Colegio San Agustin in Biñan, Laguna: Classes are suspended in all levels. FEU Manila, FEU East Asia College and FEU Makati: Due to flooding and continuous heavy rain, classes and office operations are suspended tomorrow, August 20, 2013.
