WEATHER WARNING! strong winds with gales and severe gales will affect our region over the next few days, the first bout will occur tomorrow afternoon and evening with gust to 50mph possible, especially around tea time, winds will then ease a little for thursday before picking up to gale and then severe galeforce at times from thursday night through to saturday morning, gust generally 50-60mph are likely but friday night into early saturday 70-80mph is possible, further updates will appear should details change, however extra care should be taken as these winds will be strong enough to blow over trees and high sided vehicles aswell as flying debris.
