TONIGHTS SCRIPTURE Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. (Psalm 30:11, 12 KJV) You have Jesus in you and the Bible says, He is the Joy of the whole world. Christ in you is the hope of glory. Become an encouragement to others because you can see beyond your present situation. Look beyond your present situation into the unseen eternal word of God. If someone disappoints you, lift your voice and thank God for a better divine appointment. Recently, a sister was approached by a brother for a relationship. Although she was ready for marriage it did not work out. She just gave thanks and worshipped God without reservation. A few days later she called me and said “Sir, can you believe I just heard that brother died? She said if that relationship had continued, by now they would be married. Can you imagine? Indeed disappointments are blessings in disguise. Our opening scripture says, God can turn your mourning into dancing. However, the turning must begin with you. Look at where you are and look for a reason to be grateful. See the gain in your pain. Refuse to let the devil exaggerate the pain and see the light at the end of the tunnel.
