WEDNESDAY MORNING WEATHER UPDATE We are starting out the first day of October with some clouds and temperatures in the 70s thanks to the tropical moisture from the Gulf. The clouds will break a bit by mid-morning with temperatures climbing into the upper 70s. Southeast winds will bring additional moisture into the area during the day. So, it will feel more like a late summer day. Clouds will break more by the noon hour as temperatures climb into the 80s. A cold front approach the state and help pull more Gulf moisture across the area this afternoon. Skies will change from partly cloudy to mostly clear by late afternoon as temperatures climb into the 90s. Looking ahead, a cold front is still on track to arrive in the Hill Country Thursday evening and into San Antonio late Thursday into Friday morning. It will bring the next pleasant weather change to the region just in time for the weekend. Have a great Wednesday.
