WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 ON THE TBS: In direct adherence to our commitment to give everyone the opportunity to be heard, we grant the podium to Ali Sylla and Sylvester Pewee share their views on national issues. Ali is a Youth Advocate with strong sense of politics. He heads the Institute for Restorative Dialogue and has been engaged with young across Montserrado. He brings solid understanding of psychosocial issues with the ability to identify different forms of “mental derangement”. Sylvester holds first degree in political science and he been following political developments. He currently runs a civil society group as Executive Director, the Neo Progressive Movement of Liberia. The two young men will tackle social political issues in our country and the role of young people in “advocacy”. (2) Kwame Jantuah is the Deputy Secretary General of Ghana’s Kwema Nkrumah Convention People’s Party (CPP); that is his political side. On the Professional stand point, his concentration is on the “oil and gas sector”. Kweme is a big name in the Ghana “oil and Gas” domain with emphasis on local content. He is currently here to advice politicians at the Liberian Senate on the New Petroleum Law under review at the Legislature. Kweme has agreed to chat with us on politics within the realm of governance with emphasis on the Ghanaian experience. What is the secret to Ghana’s political maturity and stability? Why are Ghanaians strong in “love for Country”? What can we do to make our oil a blessing? Just few of the points we will consider. THE MOTHERLAND WILL NEVER FALL. TRSUT ME; LIBERIA IS GETTING BETTER..
