WEDNESDAY #WERKOUT OF THE WEEK! Equipment needed: Dumbbells Time: 10 minutes Intensity: High Start with 9 dumbbell thrusters, then 1 weighted burpee. Decrease reps by 1 for the dumbbell thrusters until you are down to one rep. Increase the reps by 1 for the burpee until you are up to 9. (Ex: 9 thrusters, 1 burpee. 8 thrusters, 2 burpees. 7 thrusters 3 burpees and so on). This should take 5-7 minutes. (If it takes you all 10 minutes, no worries! As long as you finish is the goal) If you have time left over, finish out with plank variations. This should make you sweat! Add this to one of your existing #werkouts or do it by itself.
