WEDNESDAYS ARE RECIPE EXCHANGE DAYS! Like our page now and share with your friends to see our weekly recipe posts. This recipe is always a hit with kids, we take it along to friends places and there is never any left. Kids just love the whole dipping action!!! SAVOURY COB BREAD 1 cob loaf 1 onion 4 rashers bacon 250gms Philly cream cheese 300mls cream 250gms grated cheese small tin corn kernels 1/2 capsicum, chopped finely Lightly fry onion and bacon. Add cream cheese, cream and cheese, simmer until all melted. Add corn and capsicum and heat through. Pull the bread from the centre of the cob out, keeping the hole to form the lid. Place cream cheese mixture into cob. Replace lid. Place on baking tray in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Break up the centre pieces of bread and place on the oven tray to crisp up (will not need 30mins, just keep an eye on them till they are crispy).
