WEEKEND Cardio Move!! Jumping Jacks. This move everyone knows, its used in warms-ups, its used in cardio-intervals, its used everywhere. Its one of those staple workout movements. Well did you know that its uses all the muscles in your body. The calves are used when you jump and land. Hip abductors to help spread your legs during the jump and hip adductors to close your legs. Shoulder abductors and adductors to bring your arms above your head and back down. Your core to stabilize the movement. Everything. Plus this move elevates your heart rate, and stimulates blood flow to the muscle in your body. Its a win-win, when doing jumping jacks. Hit like if you do jumping jacks as a part of your workout routine. Now theres not much you can do to regress the jumping jacks, but to progress it and make it more intense you can do air jacks, which I showed below.
