WEEKEND PROGRESS & MOTIVATION CHECK Usually we do this in the private group, but I thought Id show all the other people how we do it. Feel free to participate even if youre not an offiical DHPT Client just yet. Who has had a good week and has a plan for one thats just a little bit better coming up? All we need to do is our level best, as best as circumstances will allow,,, and then, try to find a way to do a little better or a little more consistent again. Bump up your fiber intake, get your 5+ serves of fruit & veg every day, hit every training session and hit some new personal bests, hit your total calorie targets and macronutrient ratios a little better than before.
