WEEKLY FOCUS: Circuits Curcuits are a fantastic way of balancing cardio with muscular endurance and due to the way they can be laid out it means you can complete a full body workout without actually overloading any 1 particular muscle or muscle group. That means you can work each muscle group repeatedly without failure and significantly reduced risk of fatigue related injury. The fact is that whilst you are building muscular endurance and density you will be constantly out of breath also which has a fantastic effect on your circulatory system (aka Cardiovascular system) and this means your getting fitter and healthier in the process. One of the main things I would like to highligh here is that regardless of ability, during a circuit, every individual can work to there required capacity and so all abilities are catered for.
