WELCOME TO STRATEGIC INNOVATION ON BLACK BERRY! A LETTER TO THE PROTEGE Dear Protege, Its been a while since I last wrote you. I have been saddled with seasonal business responsibilities of late! Compliment of the season! The smell of Christmas is all over the air. This could only mean one thing; 2014 is gradually coming to an end. I am a product forged by different mentors from different works of life and today, I choose to share with you some lessons I learnt from one of my great mentor; the great otunba Leke Alder himself. If you work hard, and are diligent, and faithful with little, you will over time become an Acquired Credibility Entrepreneur (ACE). You will get there and your future is your next contract. How you handle it and go about it, what you put into it, thats your future. Entrepreneurship is only worth it when you succeed. Put in all youve got or else go look for employment now so you dont lose out on both ends! To attain, you need intellectual capacity and strength because you cannot rise above the level of your intellect. You also need tenacity and conviction. Never confuse tenacity for stubborness because stubborness holds on to folly with dogmatic energy. Dont try to be excellent. BE! You are competing against daunting environmental and socio-cultural challenges as well as your limitations. Your limitations are defined by your lack, background, environment and your education.
