WELL what did we think about that? Pretty disgusting, terps and scissors to remove wax?! Unprofessional staff, no one wanting to take responsibility, using the is it coz im black line???... Oh pleeease, how about its because you, a male staff member walked in the middle of a bikini wax! Those new to the industry, if you work at a salon that does not follow correct procedures, standards and hygiene, I would suggest you and the client walk out!! I often wonder how places can be so cheap if theyre supposedly using professional products. Clients please be vigilant when it comes to these cheap beauty and nail salons, prices may be cheap but youll pay for it in the long run! Rest assured MALU follows a high standard of service and hygiene!
