You will experience fitness demonstrations, energy management demonstrations, FREE smoothie bar, equipment demonstrations and sign up for appointments. Dress as your favorite superhero for the Grand Finale from 10 a.m. -noon Sept. 27 and complete your most challenging mission: conquering the obstacle course to save the day. Theres no charge. Registration is under way for the Stewart/Hunter Bend-the-Bar Powerlifting and Bench Press Challenge at 10 a.m. Sept. 20 at 4th IBCT Fitness Center. Men and women will compete in 12 weight classes, following USPF rules. Winners must have a successful lift in squat, bench and deadlift. T-shirts will be given to each paying participant and prizes will be awarded in all weight classes. Entry fee is $15 per person until Sept. 15 and $20 per person after Sept. 15.
