WELLS FARGO BANK IS FULL OF CROOKS AND THIEVES! My Debit card was dropped or lifted off of me at 7-11 on Lone Tree & Hillcrest last Saturday. I had just made a $24.00 purchase and the place was packed. I had people behind me, on both sides of me and I was bumped into several times. I didnt even want to wait for a bag so I grabbed all I bought plus my phone, keys & purse and got the hell outta there. I didnt realize my card wasnt in my wallet until Sunday night. When I checked my online banking I was missing over $700. That amount included 2 ATM transactions at two different ATMs, a gas pump transaction & a in store transaction at AM/PM in Oakley. One ATM transaction was done, literally, in the middle of the night. When trying to do a dispute by filing a claim over the the phone I was called a liar by 2 different employees from the ATM/PIN based department. I have filed a police report and was told by 7-11 that they could sit with me and show me who used my card as long as I had the time stamps of the transactions from the bank. I called Wells back and asked if I brought pictures in showing the perpetrator wasnt me or anyone I knew would they help me & they still refused to help me and again called me a liar. The only way to get my $ back is to have the police identify & arrest the people then I still had no guarantee of me recovering my $. Besides that, if its not someone I recognize how in the hell are the cops gonna know who to arrest. When is it all gonna end? Two steps forward 10 steps back. That was my moving $$. I just dont know what to do anymore! Im so upset. Im really at the end of my limit. It doesnt seem like doing good pays off. Im just tired, stressed & disgusted. Im feeling so discouraged, defeated and just plain sad.
