WEMBLEY AREA FIRES: Fire Crews from the County of Grande Prairie Clairmont and Dunes stations, Wembley and Sustainable Resources Development are currently working on 2 separate outdoor fires southeast of Wembley. The larger fire on Range Road 75 and Township 704 is approximately 15 hectares and crews are working to contain the fire. The second fire in the Wembley area that was caused by a downed power line. Crews have this fire under control. There are no homes threatened from either fire. Firefighters will remain on scene throughout the night. Smoke may be present in the area in the evening hours. There were no injuries in either incident.
