Department: Office of the Municipal Manager Division: Strategic Services ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER ●Centre: Moorreesburg ●Salary: R189 552 – R246 058 per annum (TASK Grading 11) ●Ref: MM 7 Requirements: ●A relevant three-year National diploma (NQF Level 6) in Developmental Studies and/ or Public Administration ●A valid Code B driver’s licence ●Advanced computer skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) ●Good interpersonal and communication skills ●Good planning and organising skills ●Good writing, reporting and facilitating skills ●Attention to detail ●Ability to communicate in two (2) of the three (3) Official Languages of the Western Cape ●Ability to work well independently ●Ability to function effectively under pressure ●Time management skills ●Excellent administrative skills ●Good skills in minute taking and meeting procedures ●One (1) year relevant experience. Duties: ●Provide administrative support to the Office of the Senior Manager: Strategic Services, by co-ordinating and controlling the Division’s administrative functionality ●Attend to the implementation of procedures, applications, systems and controls to facilitate and support the recording, updating, circulation and maintenance of information from/to internal and external stakeholders (internal Departments, Municipalities and Provincial and National stakeholders) with regards to the various Strategic Services programmes.
