WEST SIDE STORY was our favorite show... I remember a bunch of us students in front of the Flatbush Arch singing most of the score in a spontaneous musical happening. Did we invent the flash mob???? I know we gave the subway riders a thrill coming back to Brooklyn from All City rehearsals singing our stuff. Anumber of Brooklynites went on to opera fame and the stage...
