WESTERN CULTURE AND THE HOPE OF A BETTER DAY. Many religions have tried to tell us that they have the answers and that if we want a decent society we need to put their ideas into practice. Im not against religion, I myself have spiritual beliefs. However it seems to me that, despite all its faults, it is an ever evolving western culture that is leading the way in the struggle towards the hope of a better day. Perhaps that is something that is being guided from above (by a power much more liberal and much wiser than religion gives it credit for).
