On GMA, co-host Dan Harris tried to deflect from Obamas time on the golf course by claiming that George W. Bush played his fair share of golf during the Iraq war as well... Another lie from the news media. 4 months after the start of the war in Iraq, Bush stopped playing golf, saying it was not a good signal to send to the troops in the field, their Commander-in-Chief spending time at the links while they were in harms way.
