WHAT A BAD IDEA SIR JI ! Idea sent SMS saying You have Rs 21 in your phone balance. Start talking with your kith and kins. I think many people may have received such mails from Idea. Is Idea prompting its customers to talk with their kith & kins, as because they have balance in their phone account ? I think Idea should leave it on the wisdom, need and convenience of its customers to talk with their relatives or friends, and should not coax them to do so, merely due to they have balance in their account. On 26.07.14 also they had sent such SMS to me saying that you have Rs 280/-in your phone balance. Start talking with your kith & kins. Next morning ( 27.0714) I found Rs 270/- vanished from my account. VERY BAD IDEA SIR JI .
