HE IS NOT ALONE: Certificate Scandal Court Summon Senator Uzodinma 4/7/13 I was ashamed reading and taking closer look at the documents, the cloned Certificate and the Result list print out Certified True Copy by VP Academics Okoro V. U, in this purported Certificate Saga involving purported Eze-Elect Stephen Agumanu. Why should they drag the names Nekede and Government Sec. Sch. Ow. (OGSS) to the mud? I had stated many times, he was my class set of 1973-77 and now I am ashamed, together with our entire class set consisting of many prominent men today and many Nekede men who attended the prestigious OGSS, starting from its early period of MIDDLE SCHOOL. Let me assure you that no one can “kill” the Name of OGSS or NEKEDE, as they will only expose the fact that they did not allow OGSS IDEALS to “pass” through them, the cherished ideals of good academics and high standards of conducts, though we are not perfect for we were taught “WHEN MONEY IS LOST, NOTHINH IS LOST, WHEN HEALTH IS LOST, SOMETHING IS LOST BUT WHEN CHARACTER IS LOST, ALL IS LOST” More to be ashamed are those who "managed" him. I had warned that he was being pushed into illegalities. This journey started from their illegal REGENCY. The IMSG Traditional Rulers Law stated clearly that at the demise of an Eze, the Traditional Prime Minister (TPM) or the Chairman of Elders Council (OHA) (CECO) becomes the Regent. We did not have TPM, as Late Eze Jonas Agumanu never allowed any to come from Umumbazor. Therefore we were left with CECO and OHA Mark was acting on that post then for Late Oha Oparaugo (Bar. Fedi;s father), their Chairman was sick. I called them to order but those bent on an Agumanu to become Eze by Hook and Crook pushed on. Amongst them must be mentioned Chief C. Kemakulam, Sam Kemakulam, Snr. Eto Osuji, Henry Eke (Otolee), George Osuji, Chidi Uneze, H. Onyeneke (Ex-Palace Sec.) etc. Snr. Eto has double portion of shame for he is from Nekede and also my senior at OGSS and had threatened me that he will mobilize Nekede sons and daughters to match force with me at the Court level. I plead with all of them to ensure justice in this Certificate Saga for their names’sake. When I wrote, “NEKEDE PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW THOSE WHO WANT TO BECOME YOUR EZE?”, some made light of it. I had previously warned that the purported Eze-elect was signing documents as EZE, using GREEN BIRO. And now CERTIFICATE SAGA. I took close look at the documents and found out “they” (for he did not do it alone), cleverly put his name on an authentic result with scores of English 6, Eng. Litt. 5, History 7, Economics 4, Maths 5, Biology 7 and Government 5 with Candidate NO. 11405652 and SC 137311. From the Government School 1977 print out, given in alphabetic order of students’ surnames, he actually scored English 8, Eng. Litt. 9, History 9, Economics 5, Maths 9, Biology 8, Chemistry 9 and BK 8, AGR 47 SR (Sorry Repeat). Note 47 is his best six, including English and Maths. To answer those who will naturally ask “what is your own result?”. I was “average” student and had C4-C6 in all my subjects of English, Physics, Economics, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and BK, with Geography cancelled that year and went on to make all subjects with Geography 3 in GCE same year 1977. Note my beloved Mother died close to exams. Note I have never believed In PAPER qualifications but in performance in the field for I was exposed to UST PGD and FUTO MBA Project Mgt courses (without paper certificates but knowledge, details if you want). And I will not FORGE them or obtain them with money. In my professional career and private studies, I have acquired higher levels of knowledge and I am still a student for I believe in 3L: life Long Learning. Is the original owner of this Certificate with Candidate NO. 11405652 and SC 137311, aware, and an accomplice or unaware and his Certificate copy obtained criminally? Who is the original owner of the certificate? All will be sorted out by the Security and WASCE can help with appropriate application and fee paid to verify. I asked why the desperation to get forged certificate and it was explained that with SR, he had NO Secondary CERTIFICATE and MUST PRESENT ONE as required by IMSG Traditional RulersLaw. So why did he not take GCE, NECO etc for the past years? Remember it was reported he equally claimed to be student of FedPolyNek in one of his documents at the Eze Muruako’s Panel stage. Couple this to his purported poor employment records and Land deals. This is really sordid. Yes, before we crucify my classmate, he still remains INNOCENT until Proven Guilty and the earlier the better for him, me, Nekede and OGSS. However, he is not alone and please read this one below. Let me still call on Nekede People to follow the path of Due Process, Rule of Law and Equal Fundamental Human Rights. Good Leadership and Governance still remains crucial to our progress. Eras of Warrant Chiefs and purported Hereditary are over. Let the Best come out of Nekede. Will we comply? We Watch and Pray. God bless Nekede People. Engr. CELE “The Federal High Court sitting in Owerri has taken it upon itself to summon the registrar of FUTO, Ministry of Justice and others through a hearing notice to appear before it on the 29th of Oct 2013 for hearing on the suit filed by Nze Ebubeagu Ekenulo alleging certificate forgery against Senator Hope Uzodimma When the matter came up for hearing on the 2nd of July, it was only the plaintiff’s counsel that was present. The Counsel Barr Alex William N.N informed the court that he was surprise on the absence of the defendants and their counsel, stating that the originating summon of the suit has been served on all the defendants. Barr Williams went further to inform the court that he has also written the defendants reminding then of the tendency of the suit as he relied on the order 19 of the High Court procedure, and prayed the court to go on with the case. However, the presiding Judge Hon Justice O.O Oguntoyimbo, averred that the court will issue all the defendants hearing notice before any other step or order could be made, as she adjourned the case to the 29th on October 2013. Speaking to newsmen, after the proceeding The plaintiff, Nze Ekenulo, maintained that the Senator has no authentic primary and secondary school certificates let alone that of university as he claimed.
