WHAT ABOUT WHEN TIME AND CHANCE HAPPEN IN YOUR LIFE – WISDOM FOR LIFE, JOB AND BUSINESS Remember how short your time is, and that to everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war and a time of peace. He has made everything beautiful in His time. God shall judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every purpose and for every work. Whoever keeps the commandments shall feel no evil thing; and a wise man’s (mind) heart discerns both time and judgment, because to every purpose there is time and judgment. Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Humble yourself therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time; casting all your care upon Him for He cares for you. Watch therefore; for you know not what hour your Lord does come, so be ready; for in such an hour as you think not, the Son of man will come. The hand of the diligent shall bear rule and make rich. His thoughts tend only to plenteousness, and he knows the state of his flocks and condition of his herds. He shall stand before kings, not just mean men, and his soul shall be made fat. The lazy, time waster on the other hand, shall be under tribute, and poor, desiring but having nothing, for his hands refuse to labor. So don’t be slothful in business, but be fervent in spirit, serving the Eternal. Time and chance happen to all, but the time is short, and you don’t know what tomorrow holds. Even life itself is just a vapor, and then it vanishes away, so let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (I John 5:3, Psalm 119:172, Dan. 12:2-3, Deut. 6:25, Matt. 5:17-19, Deut. 5:29, Eccl. 12:13-14).
