WHAT ABOUT WHEN YOU FEEL SOMEONE HAS STEPPED ON YOU TO GET AHEAD IN LIFE – WISDOM FOR LIFE, JOB AND BUSINESS Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you and persecute you. And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have a complaint against any; that you’re Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive trespasses. Judge not, and you will not be judged: condemn not, and you will not be condemned: forgive, and you will be forgiven. And why behold the speck in your brother’s eye and ignore the stick that is in your own eye? Will you offer to remove the speck from your brother’s eye, when you have a stick in your own eye? You hypocrite, first remove the stick from your eye, so you can see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. Do all things without murmurings and disputing’s, recompensing to no man evil for evil or insult, but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile, following Christ’s example who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judges righteously. Therefore, let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice, being kindly affectionate one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring each other. Instead of being overcome by evil, overcome evil with good, considering how you can motivate one another to love and good works. Grasp this fact, that love is longsuffering and kind, never envying or boastful, or proud. Love is not rude, self-seeking, irritable or resentful. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things and endures all things. Love never fails. So be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake has forgiven you. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. So rejoice evermore, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God to them who are the called according to His purpose. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing has happened to you. But rejoice, and know that the trying of your faith works patience; but let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, lacking nothing. For the eyes of the Eternal are over the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers: but the face of the Eternal is against them that do evil. In your anger, don’t sin or let the sun go down upon your wrath, neither give place to the devil. But be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble. Abstain from every appearance of evil, cease from anger and forsake wrath, for we know Him that said, “Vengeance belong to me. I will recompense,” says the Eternal. And anyone who does wrong will be paid back for the wrong he has done: and there is no respect of persons. Don’t be deceived; God is not mocked: for whatever a man sows that shall he also reap. (I John 5:3, Psalm 119:172, Dan. 12:2-3, Deut. 6:25, Matt. 5:17-19, Deut. 5:29, Eccl. 12:13-14).
