WHAT AN AMAZING WEEK THIS WEEK AT GENESIS MAITLAND started the week off with a couple of appointments and ended the week with over 20 hours of PT with my clients - also had 6 new sign ups - 4 for persons with a disability and 2 abled bodied but all with hugely different compelling stories today signed a friend of mine that I was in hospital with - we have been thru such a lot of thing together from really low - to good highs - the torment of long stays in hospital and massive amounts of surgeries. He has such an amazing spirit and cannot wait to work with him and change his life. As I have said to Steve Cook - we arent going to change his life - we are going to save it. I do love this -> #inspireaworldofmovement #ilovemynewjob Steve Cook has been amazing - his enthusiasm for these guys is truly awesome. So after signing my friend today I went out into the gym and smashed out legs and biceps. With the help of Allan Horner we hit a new PB for me. I cannot forget Sophie Galloway her support, encouragement, training and awesome personality is wicked - you get such a hit of energy from Sophie every time you speak with her. I do love this place and can feel the change in myself already.
