WHAT ARE YOUR REASONS FOR HOLDING ME DOWN? I cant sit by the fence and make noise all through my life like Wole Soyinka whom I know had the opportunity to convert the organization he started in school into a political platform for the sake of every Nigerian, but failed to do so and he ended up building himself alone. I will learn from the likes of Late Gani Fawehinmi whom in his individual capacity, actively served Nigerians until he was able to provide a political platform to showcase his ideology which is in the interest of our nation. I am also learning something from my immediate society, nobody wants to take the risk when it comes to fighting a bad system only the few courageous citizens. I rather associate with the few courageous citizens than to hide under the negative voices of my own friends. Therefore, I chose to follow the steps of Comrade Shehu Sani and Solomon Dalung, these are people that understood the implication of activism in a docile society like ours. WE BETTER WORK TOGETHER TO BUILD INSTITUTIONS THAN MAKE NAME INDIVIDUALLY!
