Here is what he think should work best for our country if we mean to provide services to our people. By Aggrey Iddris Officially it is now 21 States. For the skeptics and pessimists that there is no money for running them as it is very expensive I want them to tell us how much does the 78 Counties were receiving from the Central government per month since 2005?? According to figures from World Bank, South Sudan Government had received from oil revenues a whooping US$ 20 Billion since 2005!!! Assuming Central Government gets 35% for all federal institutions and projects, 5% for the oil producing states and the remaining 60% goes directly to the 78 Counties which will be US$ 12 Billion!!! It means each of the currently existing counties which is also melts downs to the current 21 states is US$ 154 Million each county!!! What would have been the level of development in each County with such amounts!!! Please dont confuse your poor people who are in need of this devolution of resources. Let us reason up, let us wake up and go federal now to keep our unity in diversity
