WHAT COMMITMENT MEANS TO ME Commitment means giving 100% in what you are doing, Committing in keeping your promise, keeping your word when you say you are going to do something. Commitment to me is like a contract, to stick to the task at hand and stepping in with both feet, even though you don’t know how deep the water is. Commitment - sustains regular effort, despite any adversity. Doing what you say you are going to do. WHAT DETERMINATION MEANS TO ME Determination means you have the ability to continue to doing what you have planned out to achieve, you keep on trying while you are failing. Determination is when you never give up, when you so badly want something and nothing is going to stand in your way. When someone or something stands in your way, you will run through it like it’s a brick wall, to achieve what you really want.
