Maybe cops raiding a neighboring home. However, the thick stench of smoke has now fully awaken you, as you see your drapes glowing an angry orange. Jumping to the window& peering out to your horror, this is what you see: Numerous SUVs, trucks& vans dressed in military camo. Some are breaking windows, while others break down doors. You watch as neighbors are led unto their front lawns, made to kneel down as a hooded figure, w/o hesitation, cocks an automatic handgun& shoots each family member in the head. Dangling from streetlights& utility poles swayed the bodies of young Black men HUNG... In some cases, MUTILATED Their genitals stuffed into their mouths. You dial 9-1-1, but an automated voice says, SORRY WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR CALL AS DIALED. PLZ TRY LATER. You turn on the t.v. A reporter is ducking behind a squad car& in a panicked tone says, WHITE SUPREMACIST MILITIAS ARE ATTACKING BLACK COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY POLICE ARE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO 9-1-1 CALLS DUE TO SNIPER FIRE& STRATEGICALLY PLACED EXPLOSIVE DEVICES PLANTED ALONG THE ROADS... The reporter then adds: FIN AN AFFECTED AREA, STAY INDOORS& KEEP DOORS LOC... Abruptly the television screen goes blank The power has been cut off. You cautiously peek out the window& see a white man, at the mouth of your walkway pointing at your house, shouting, LETS CHECK THIS HOUSE FOR NIGGERSiil Your heart races as the sounds of boot soles rapidly run walkway. A voice yells, COVER THE BACK!!!! NO PRISONERS!!! Suddenly shadows appear on your walls, as your ONCE peaceful home is being surrounded by armed white supremacists. A loud BANG shakes you from your stupor their breaking down the door Your eyes dart about seeking a hiding place. You can hear the hinges creak as cracks appear around the door frame... WHAT DO YOU DO? DO YOU OPEN YOUR BIBLE& PRAY FOR DELIVERANCE? DO YOU SURRENDER& HOPE, SOMEHOW, YOU CAN PROVE YOURE COLORBLIND& AVOID THE FATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE YOU ALONE DURING THE ASSAULT OR ARE THERE CHILDREN RELYING ON YOUR ACTIONS? WHAT MEANS OF DEFENSE DID YOU AFFORD YOURSELF/ FAMILY BEFORE THIS HAPPENED? Even if you dont answer these questions in the comment section, I hope you answer them before youre faced with the above scenario...
