WHAT IF? ........ WHAT IF this recent upswing in gluten sensitivity is actually related to something else? Could gluten be getting the blame for being THE problem, instead of a reaction to the real problem? Could gluten be the new cholesterol? We now know that heart disease is a problem of stress, inflammation and sugar. High cholesterol is an effect, not the cause. Could stress, inflammation, sugar and GMO be creating the effect of gluten sensitivity? Recent research reveals that intestinal disorders have risen 30% since the addition of GMOs into the food supply. In addition, research shows a direct correlation between intestinal inflammation/leaky gut, and disrupted flora in the gut. Sugar has similar effects. This creates an environment where hard to digest proteins (gluten) wreak havoc on the body and trigger a host of illnesses and autoimmune reactions. WHAT IF gluten is the new cholesterol?
