WHAT IS CLEAN EATING? I have had a few people ask me what my Clean Eating Challenge is. The way I run a clean eating challenge is that you should eat better this week than what YOU usually do. This is not about comparing yourself to others: its about comparing yourself to THE OLD YOU. The idea is that you will walk away from this with some new healthy habits that you will continue to work towards a healthier lifestyle, always progressing. For example: if you like to eat potato chips and pick up Wendys then commit to no fast food or junk food for 7 days. If you already dont eat junk food or go out to eat, then make a concerted effort to eat more vegis...etc. Comment below what goal(s) you have for YOURSELF during the challenge. What behaviors do you want to eliminate or improve/change? How do YOU want YOUR relationship with food to change during the week? What the group brings to the table (pun intended) is accountability and support and ideas, solidarity and a place to gain momentum for life.
