WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED? 1. ADMIT: That you are a sinner Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" . Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". 2. REPENTANCE: From all your sins. Act 3:19 "Repent ye therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out". 3. CONFESS YOUR SIN: Pro. 28:19, 1 john 1:9 "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleans us from all unrighteousness". 4. MAKE UP YOUR MIND: Not to return to your sins, say bye to all sins, Isaiah 55:7 forsake all your sinful life. 5. BELIEVE: That God loves you and that Jesus died for you. John 3:16, Roman 5:8. "But God commendeth his love towards us in that, while we are yet sinners Christ died for us". 6. HAVE FAITH: You must have faith that God who promised forgiveness and mercy will forgive you. Have faith in His word. John 1:9, Romans 10:9-10. 7. OPEN THE DOOR OF YOUR HEART: Ask Jesus to come into your life as Lord and Saviour Rev. 3:20. Confess him as the son of God, saviour and Lord. Let Him be in total control of your life. Ask Him to save you and write your name in the book of life. Promise Him you will never go back to your old life. May God help you as you take this new decision.
